How much does a turnkey renovation cost?
It depends on the floor area, the condition of the installations, any layout changes and the level of finish. We do not use fixed prices per square metre: after the visit we give you an estimate and, once the design is approved, a detailed written quote.
Can I renovate a home in Portugal while living in Switzerland?
Yes. We coordinate the teams on site, send regular reports with photos, and our founder visits the site every month. You always deal with the same person.
Which regions do you cover?
In Switzerland, the cantons of Fribourg, Vaud and Bern and all of French- and German-speaking Switzerland. In Portugal, the mainland, Madeira and the Azores.
How long does a renovation take?
It depends on the size of the project. You receive the schedule in writing before we start.
Do you handle permits from the building management and the authorities?
Yes, when the work requires it: the condominium, the régie and the commune in Switzerland; the condominium and the municipality in Portugal.
How is the renovation paid for?
The design phase is contracted separately. The building work is paid in stages as it progresses, according to the payment plan in the contract.
Do you help with buying a home in Portugal?
Yes, with partner estate agencies, and we handle your mortgage application with partner credit intermediaries. The legal checks are carried out by your lawyer or solicitor.
How long does home staging take?
Days, not months, so that the sale or letting is not delayed.
