Turnkey
Turnkey renovation
We renovate flats and houses, in full or just a few rooms. We take care of the design, the permits, the building work, the furniture and the decoration, and hand over your home clean and ready to live in. The work is carried out by craftspeople and companies we select and coordinate directly. We are the ones accountable for the timing, the quality and the budget.
In Switzerland
From Bulle, we manage the works on site in the cantons of Fribourg, Vaud and Bern and across French- and German-speaking Switzerland. We work on houses and on flats in co-ownership (PPE / StWE) and deal with the building management, the régie and the commune. Quotes in Swiss francs.
In Portugal, managed remotely
For those who live in Switzerland or elsewhere and own a home in Portugal. We coordinate the teams on site, send regular reports with photos, and our founder visits the site every month. From the Minho to the Algarve, and in Madeira and the Azores.

Interiors
Interior design
An interior designed around the way you live: who lives in the home, what you keep, the light you are looking for, the pieces you want to keep. We design the layout, the lighting, the materials and the furniture, and present every proposal with real samples of materials and fabrics, because touch matters as much as the image.
You can commission the design only, to carry out yourself, or the design with its execution: orders, deliveries, installation and final styling. One room or the whole home, in Switzerland or in Portugal.

Home staging
Buyers and tenants often decide from the first photos. We prepare each room so that the space, the light and the way of living in the home are clear, and the property reaches the listing at its best.
We work for owners, estate agencies and developers, in Switzerland and Portugal, in empty or lived-in homes. The preparation takes just a few days, so the sale or letting is not delayed.

- Minor repairs, painting and cleaning

Moving or returning
Living in Portugal: buy a home and move in with everything ready
For those who live in Switzerland or elsewhere and are planning a move, or a return, to Portugal without being able to follow everything on site. We support you from choosing the region to the day you receive the keys to a home ready to live in.
- Choosing the region: city, coast or countryside, distance to the airport, schools and services, main home or second home.
- Search and viewings: with partner estate agencies. We visit properties on your behalf and send you video, photos and a technical report with a renovation estimate, before any offer is made.
- Mortgage: if you need one, we handle the application with partner credit intermediaries. Credit costs are separate.
- Purchase: we coordinate dates and documents between the agency, the bank and your lawyer or solicitor, who carries out the legal checks.
- Ready home: renovation, furniture, water, electricity, gas and internet contracts, and final cleaning.

Questions about our services
Can I renovate just the kitchen or the bathroom?
Yes. The renovation can cover the whole home or just a few rooms. We define the scope with you at the concept stage.
Who carries out the work?
Craftspeople and companies we select and coordinate directly. You always deal with us, and we are accountable for the timing, the quality and the budget.
What if something unexpected comes up during the works?
We tell you straight away, present the solution and its cost, and only go ahead with your approval.
Do you work on co-owned flats (PPE) in Switzerland?
Yes. We deal with the building management, the régie and the commune when the work requires it.
Can I commission the interior design only?
Yes. The design can stay on paper, for you to carry out yourself, or continue with us through to installation and final styling.
Does home staging also work in a lived-in home?
Yes. In a lived-in home we mainly work with what is already there. In an empty home we bring the furniture and decoration and collect it at the end of the contract.
Do you work with estate agencies?
Yes. For home staging we work with the owner or directly with the agency, and agree with them the date of the photos and the first viewings.
How are fees charged for the Living in Portugal service?
Our fees are always separate from the price of the home and set out in writing before we start.
