Privacy policy
Last updated: 10 October 2026
This policy explains how Sensuri Homes handles the personal data of people who visit sensurihomes.ch, contact us or use our services, under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. Controller
Sensuri Homes, a brand of Sensuri Group, sole proprietorship of Catarina Alexandra da Silva Piteira, Rue des Agges 27, 1635 La Tour-de-Trême, Switzerland. Email: info@sensuri.ch · Phone: +41 78 241 68 52.
2. Data we collect
- Data you send us: name, email, phone, country of residence, location of the property, the service you are interested in and your message, when you use the forms on the website or contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp.
- Project data: information about the property, photos, plans and preferences you send us so that we can prepare a proposal and carry out the service.
- Technical data: IP address, device type, browser and pages visited.
- Statistics: we use Google Analytics to understand how the website is used, only if you accept it in the cookie notice.
3. How we use your data
- To reply to your requests and send you the service overview you asked for;
- To prepare proposals, quotes and contracts and to provide the services you commission;
- To coordinate your project with the partners involved (craftspeople, companies, estate agencies, credit intermediaries), only as far as necessary and with your knowledge;
- To improve the website based on statistics, if you have given consent;
- To meet legal obligations, in particular accounting and tax obligations.
4. Legal bases
We process your data to take steps prior to entering into a contract and to perform the contract, on the basis of your consent (forms and cookies), to meet legal obligations and, for website security, on the basis of our legitimate interest. You can withdraw your consent at any time.
5. Sharing your data
We do not sell your data or pass it on for marketing purposes. We use service providers that process data on our behalf: website and email hosting, Google (statistics) and WhatsApp, if you contact us that way. The partners on your project receive only the data they need to carry it out. Where data is transferred outside Switzerland or the European Economic Area, we ensure appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses.
6. Retention
Requests that do not lead to a contract are deleted within 12 months of the last contact. Client data is kept for the duration of the contract and then for the legal retention period for accounting records (ten years in Switzerland).
7. Your rights
You can request access to your data, its correction or deletion, object to its processing, request restriction or portability, and withdraw your consent. Simply write to info@sensuri.ch. You can also lodge a complaint with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) in Switzerland, or with the data protection authority of your country in the European Union.
8. Cookies
The website uses cookies that are necessary for it to work and, only with your consent, statistics and advertising cookies. You can change your choice at any time using the cookie icon in the bottom left corner of the screen.
9. Security and confidentiality
We protect data with appropriate technical and organisational measures, including an encrypted connection (HTTPS). We never publish a client’s name, address or images.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the version in force.
